On the LuckyBird website, the recipient gets to choose their personal favourite gift, hand-picking it from a lavish collection of surprising gifts, fun outings, concert tickets, chocolate, wine, gift- or charity vouchers and so much more. The customisation options available depend on the LuckyBird formula of your choice. In the ultimate ‘Branded’ formula, the LuckyBird gift box can be completely aligned with the look and feel of your company – incorporating your company logo, colours, texts and images. Here, we also print the recipient’s name on the outside of the gift box for free. We equally customise your LuckyBird login page and website, perfectly in line with your own branding. That way, we ensure that the package as a whole feels just right… all the way up to the inclusion of a video message by your very own CEO.

Sure, you can! Our Customer Success Team is happy to work together with you to put together a gift collection especially for your team. Companies often take us up on this offer of a tailor-madegift collection, customising it in line with their company culture or theme-event! We can even add your own charity causes to your gift collection.

10 minutes of your time is all we need. The rest is on us. Depending on the LuckyBird formula of your choice, all we need from you is your designpreference, the name of your company, your logo and your welcome message. If you opt in for the free service of having your employees’ names printed on the LuckyBird boxes, we need a list with their titles and names. For the ultimate ‘Branded’ formula, you are also going to have to provide us with texts and images. If the formula of your choice is an e-LuckyBird, we are going to need your employees’ email addresses.

After the confirmation of your LuckyBird order, you provide LuckyBird with the information needed for the customisation. We take care of all the rest and have the LuckyBird voucher boxes delivered in one big batch at your company address. If you prefer not to distribute the LuckyBird voucher boxes yourself, we can also have them delivered at your employees’ home addresses at the cost charged by our logistical partner Bpost.

Lucky Bird is up to 100% deductible when it comes to corporate income taxes, up to 100% exempt from NSSO contributions and up to 100% VAT-recoverable. And similar fiscal benefits apply to your employees: for them, LuckyBird is also up to a 100% net – no taxes, no NSSO contributions. So LuckyBird is as fiscally optimised as can be!

LuckyBird is super safe. Your personal information remains within Belgium within three ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified data centers. All data is encrypted, both in transit and in rest. LuckyBird is subjected to network vulnerability scanning and penetration-testing on a regular basis. On top of that, the agreement we make with all of our customers completely complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

LuckyBird is available in the following valuecategories: €25, €35, €40 and €50. For bigger projects, LuckyBird vouchers can be customisedfor a higher value of your choice.

LuckyBird doesn’t charge to send the chosen gifts to your employees’ Belgian addresses – that’s for free! If LuckyBird gifts have to be sent abroad, we simply charge what our logistical partner (Bpost of DHL) charges us.

Absolutely! LuckyBird doesn’t just deliver in Belgium; we also ship to The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany and more than 12 other European countries.

We know very well how important it is for your employees to receive the gift of their choice as soon as possible. That is why we go out of our way to deliver more than 90% of these gifts within a week after ordering.

Upon request, LuckyBird can provide you with an overview of how many employees already redeemed their LuckyBird voucher box. We can also outline which were the most popular gifts. If you opted for an e-LuckyBird concept or provided us with a list of your employees’ names, LuckyBird can even indicate who exactly already ordered their gift and who didn’t.

I received a LuckyBird

A LuckyBird voucher is valid to be redeemed for up 1 year after receipt. This is a legally-inspired decision: if a LuckyBird would be valid for longer than that, you – as a recipient – would have to pay taxes on your LuckyBird. And that is not what we want foryou!

For most the standard voucher values, youcanonlypickone gift per LuckyBird. However, wegladlyhelpyoufind a gift that maximises that voucher value! Ifyou do get to choose 2 or more giftswithone LuckyBird, thiswillalways be clearlymentioned on theLuckyBird website.

If you order a gift voucher, in 99% of cases, LuckyBird sends it to you by email within 2 hours of placing your order. In the other 1% of cases, it might happen we ran out of stock. If that is the case, we will still inform you by email and, at the same time, give you an indication of the expected delivery time.

We are, however, obligedbylaw to hold on to your data forthefollowing 10 years.But don’tworry! The onlypartiesLuckyBird exchanges your personal information with are Bpost or DHL, solelyforthepurpose of the delivery of your gift. We never share your information withotherthirdparties. Neitherwill we ever contact youby email, exceptwhennecessary to be able to complete your order or when we needyour assistance.

In principle, LuckyBird delivers the gift of your choice at your Belgian home address. Depending on the gift, however, it might equally be possible to have it delivered at a pick-up point or parcel pick-up machine. Whether delivery in a neighbouring country is possible, depends on the delivery choices your employer made.

If you are not at home, the postman will take into account the delivery preferences you set at https://track.bpost.be/preferences. If you request to have your gift delivered at a pick-up point, you have up to 14 days after delivery to go and pick it up there. In a Cubee parcel pick-up machine, your parcel will be available for pick-up for 5 days.

In principle, you gift should be deliveredwithin 10 days of youplacingyour order.Ifyouthinkyour gift might have gotten lost on the way, don’thesitate to contact usfor a live update on whereyour gift is hanging out!

In principle, the warranty period runs for 2 years. In the documents accompanying your gift, you will find more information on the detailed warranty conditions and, if applicable, potential limitations. Gifts that are broken upon delivery can be sent back for free within a period of 14 calendar days. LuckyBird will then replace the gift as soon as possible..
